Can I be frank and recommend that you don't select your photographer based on price alone? I deliver stunning images at competitive prices so that your job as a Realtor becomes easier and more profitable. FAQ
Do you shoot outside of Orange County, CA?
Yes. Although I'm based in Orange County CA, I travel anywhere to shoot property stills and videos. For counties surrounding Orange County there is a small travel fee. For all other locations, please call for a quote.
What is your usual turnaround?
For basic still images and aerial drone images, you will usually get them by the end of the next business day. For video tours, two days. For Twilight shots alone, by the end of the next day. If the Twilight shot is in addition to any of the above, add an extra day.
Do you offer package pricing?
Yes! Save yourself hundreds of dollars. Pay for Stills, and any other second or third service added and shot the same day as the stills (i.e. video, drone, twilight or slideshow) will be discounted. Call or write for an exact quote.
Do you offer any specials for first-time clients?
Yes! First time clients of Steve Taylor's Photographic Design get a FREE single drone shot of the property on their FIRST booking of Still images (cannot be combined with any other offer).
Do you offer Matterport Imaging?
No, STPD does not do Matterport. However, we have an Associate that does and we will gladly refer you to him as we think he does an absolutely marvelous job! Just ask!
Do you offer Virtual Staging?
Yes! Save yourself thousands of dollars by staging via "Virtual Staging." Only $35 additional per image. Ask for samples!
